1:1 Discovery Call

We’ll talk through where you’re stuck, where you need support, and what you want to change in six months. Come ready to be honest about where things are.

Your Invitation

If the program is a good fit for you and your operator, we’ll extend an invitation to enroll on the spot. You’ll have everything you need to make a clear decision.

Onboarding

You and your operator kick off with a deep-dive onboarding call. We map where your business is, where it’s going, and build the roadmap you’ll execute over the next six months.
